STL's team of highly qualified engineers, geologists, surveyors, designers, construction managers, and technicians provides quality servies and timely responses to the oil and gas markets in Ohio. STL's personnel have also provided technical support for international projects involving the development and expansion of new oil fields, pipeline routes, tank farms, access roads, and associated airfields. 

STL works closely with county engineers, township officials, and ODOT personell to create, submit, and negotiate road maintenance agreements (RUMA) and required permits.

We also provide efficient and cost-effective approaches to the construction management process associated with oil and gas projects. These may include road construction, pavement contracts, wastewated treatment, liquid disposal options, demulsification, and chemicial-electric liquid phase separation.
